Apologies for the late update I am having technical problems. More importantly this is the second day of the climb and the Team got up early and most were eating breakfast (porridge, eggs, sausage and cheese!) by 06:00 local time.
The Team have crested the ridge about 3800m high at about 12:40 our time and would then drop down into the Shira Camp. There won’t be any signal in this camp according to the Guides so the next update maybe late tomorrow.
Dougie certainly looks happy and well.
